Dovetail Living was set up in 2020 as a partnership bringing together skills and expertise in land and development, architecture, and project management.

Who we are
He studied the principle and importance of sustainable development for two decades before the Climate Crisis was announced. He has been driving towards sustainability his whole life.
With 35 years property experience. From agricultural roots Rob has extensive development expertise in residential and renewable energy development, working alongside a wide network of landowners.

Dovetail Living has the benefit of working directly alongside an established architects practice, AK Architects Ltd. As part of this, we have formulated a low energy custom build and modular housing delivery model, which can be adapted to each site with assured cost outcomes after site abnormal costs.
We have framework arrangements in place with exceptional consultancy businesses based in the south-west – planning, technical (highways, infrastructure design, M&E), environmental (ecology & landscape), cost consultants, and mortgage providers.
Our key themes running through all of the projects we work on are quality, sustainability, flexible living and homes for life, and utilising modern methods of construction to achieve the best outcomes.
